Setting up the e-conomic integration
The setup itself is quite simple, and we take care of most of the technical aspects. You just need to follow the three quick steps below, and then we will handle the rest for you.
Step 1:
Start by opening the following link: https://secure.e-conomic.com/secure/api1/requestaccess.aspx?appPublicToken=oh6Yeg1gwMThSrpaB4NCKifyCFV9HzTtw7RkKDA0FME1Step 2: Click the "Add app" button.
Step 3: Copy the key that appears on the screen and send it to us.
How does the integration work?
As soon as we have received the key from you, we will connect your e-conomic account with Risika. After that, the system automatically adds all your debtors to a monitoring list on the Risika platform.
The integration is updated daily. This means that when you create new debtors in e-conomic, they will automatically appear and be monitored in Risika the following day.
Once your customers are under monitoring, we recommend that you turn on email notifications. This way, you will receive a direct message in your inbox if there are important changes regarding your customers that you should react to.
