With the Global Orders module, you and your company gain full transparency over your international credit assessments. Here, you can track order statuses, manage notifications, and ensure your data remains up to date.

How to find Global Orders

Log in to your Risika profile.

  • In the menu on the left, locate the item Global Orders.

  • You will land on your dashboard, which displays a historical overview of all global searches conducted within your company.

Understand the Features

Track your report status
In the "Status" column, you can see the progress of your order:

  • Ready: The report is loaded and ready for viewing.

  • Processing: We are currently fetching the data for you (this typically happens within 24 hours).

Automate your follow-up (Auto-renewal)

If you want to ensure your credit assessments are always current:

  • Enable Auto-renewal on the specific order.

  • The system will then automatically order a fresh report after 1 year.

###Manage alerts (Notify users)

You can control exactly who receives a direct notification when a global report has arrived:

  • Click the Notify users field.

  • Here, you can add yourself or relevant colleagues via email.

  • You can also remove recipients if a person no longer needs to follow that specific case.
