Implementation of the Business Central / Risika integration

First and foremost, an integration to Business Central provides you with a more efficient workflow, as you completely avoid manual data entry and transfer between different systems. Instead, you get everything gathered in one place, allowing you to continue working undisturbed in the system you already know.

Since the integration ensures that your customer and credit information is always updated automatically in real-time, you simultaneously minimize the risk of human typing errors. Overview

Choice of implementation

You can choose to handle the implementation yourselves, or you can let Risika manage the setup for a small implementation fee. If you want us to handle the setup, this can easily be arranged with your contact person at Risika.

If you choose to handle the implementation yourselves, the process depends on your Business Central version:

On-premise
If you use a supported on-premise version of Business Central, we will send the integration as an app file, which simply needs to be loaded into your Business Central company.

Cloud
If you use Microsoft's cloud version of Business Central, you can easily download and install the integration directly via Microsoft AppSource here:

Setup in Business Central

Once the integration is installed in your environment, only a few simple settings remain before the system can start fetching data from Risika into your Business Central.

Ensure that the following three points are filled out:

1. Token
Insert your unique API token here, which you receive as soon as you have purchased access to Risika's products. Your token consists of a long string of numbers and letters. It is important that your token starts with "jwt ".

Example of a token:

2. Risika API URL
Insert the following URL in the field: https://api.risika.dk/v1.2/

3. Credit calculation method

The method depends on whether you have access to our BOHR or NEWTON credit model.

**BOHR **is generally included in all our packages and will be selected by default.

NEWTON is our advanced machine learning model, which can be purchased as an add-on.

Simply choose the model that your agreement covers.
