Implementation of the Risika integration
When setting up the integration in your Microsoft NAV (or Business Central), you have two options for the process itself.
Implementation
You can either choose to handle the implementation yourselves, or you can let us at Risika handle it for you for a fixed implementation fee.
Do you want us to take care of the setup? Then you simply need to make an agreement with your regular contact person with us.
If you choose to handle it yourselves, the procedure depends on which NAV version you are using.
On-premise
If you are using one of the supported on-premise versions of Navision, we will send the integration to you in the form of a .fob file. You simply need to import this file directly into your Navision environment.
Setup in Navision
Once the integration itself is successfully installed in your environment, only a few settings are missing before the system is ready to retrieve data from Risika and load them into your Navision.
Make sure the following three fields are filled out:
- Token: Here you must enter your unique API token. You will receive this token from us as soon as you have purchased access to Risika's products and services.
Your token consists of a long sequence of numbers and letters. It is very important that your token starts with the letters "jwt ".
Example of a correct token:
jwt XxXxX034XXxx38x8034XX9755X56X899X0xxX866X9x98x98442X
- Risika API URL: In this field, simply insert our standard URL:
https://api.risika.dk/v1.2/
Credit calculation method
Here you must select the calculation method you have agreed access to – either BOHR or NEWTON.
BOHR is our standard model, which is included in all our packages. It will automatically be selected as the standard (default). NEWTON is our advanced machine learning model, which can be purchased additionally. Simply choose the model that fits your agreement.
